Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Kirana One account and all the data linked to it at any time. This includes your shop profile, products, prices, stock, bills, customers, suppliers, khata entries and expenses.

How to request deletion

  1. Email vanukuriharsha123@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
  2. Include your registered mobile number so we can verify the request.
  3. We verify and permanently delete your account and cloud backup within 7 days.

What gets removed

Your phone-number login, your shop profile and every record in your private cloud backup are permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.

💡 Note: Deletion is permanent. If you only want to remove some records, you can delete them individually inside the app instead.
